I have been in the fitness and well being industry for 30 years.I moved on from teaching studio based fitness classes to yoga 4 years ago.In my experience yoga gives you everything. A strong and healthy physical body and a quite mind.I pay attention to detail within my classes and one to one sessions so that my participants can learn correct technique . I encourage the correct breathing throughout so that mindfulness is learnt within the session.
I am personally passionate about yoga,it has helped me enormously .physically, by restoring strength to my knees after operations. Mentally,after having a long history of depression, yoga and meditation has taught me the self help i need to recognise triggers and change thought processes .
