Adam is one of the most Exciting teachers of our time his approach to yoga is progressive forward thinking and fun.
After years of training various martial arts from bjj to capoeira, wrestling to boxing he wanted to put somthing back into his body to help it heal and rebalance.
After a lot of searching he found yoga and movement fitted perfectly into this his training and day to day life became easier less painful and more enjoyable so he started investing more time to improving his practice and training as many styles of yoga and movement as he could,
The style which he teaches in class would be best described as a flowing vinyasa type and he aims to increase body awareness, strength flexibility and........ brain power.
The belief that yoga and movement can be done on their own to improve the body and mind, as well as complimenting all other areas of life and training perfectly.
The classes are open to all and are a fun safe place to attend while improve your practice and be awesome.
He trained with Freestyle Movement project and his classes are influenced by the style of teaching they promote aswell,
