My name is Aoife and I am a qualified pregnancy and mum and baby yoga teacher. I absolutely love all things pregnancy and babies! I am a mum of 2 myself to my little boy Jack 3 and baby girl Ada is 6 months. Yoga helped me so much in both my pregnancies it was amazing, learning how to keep calm and control my breath. Mum and baby yoga is a saviour after you have a baby. A safe place to feel that sense of community with Mammys who get what's happening in your life.
All of this brought to my training, there is nothing more I love than empowering women to believe in their bodies.
