Why choose Integrity Centre’s Yoga Teacher Training?
The Integrity Centre 200hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training course will take place at our very own Integrity Centre studio in 40 Clifton Street, EC2A 4DX, London. The course is a 10 month (200 hours) training program spread over 10 weekends, allowing it to be fit into your schedule and is perfect for students who wish to deepen their understanding of the yoga practice as in a closely mentored program.
The training is suitable for those who are looking to transition into the role of a teacher, as well as those who may wish to simply deepen their own practice. Students will be given the tools, skills, and knowledge to establish their own successful yoga business.
Upon completion of our Yoga Training Course and evaluation, participants will receive a certification of completion which will then enable you to register with Yoga Alliance Professionals as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).

Course Content
The practice of Asanas: Alignment, Benefits, Modifications, Props.
Yoga Philosophy & History: The Paths of Yoga, Origins of Yoga, Lineage of Vinyasa Flow yoga, use of Sanskrit.
Yoga Anatomy: Human Systems, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Body Reading, Health and Fitness and Yoga Injuries.
Teaching Techniques: Alignment, Safe Adjustments, Warm-up Exercises, Basic Asanas, Special Classes, The Business of Yoga.
Sequencing: Alignment Focus, Function and Form, Inversions, Transitions, Safe Back Bending, Sequencing Theming Planning.
Enrollment
To be considered for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, it is recommended that you’ve been regularly practicing Yoga for at least 2 years and of course, be a Yoga enthusiast!
If you have been regularly practicing for less than 2 years but feel you’d be a good fit for our Yoga Teacher Training, or you have previous experience in Yoga-related disciplines (dancing, gymnastics, fitness…), we still encourage you to apply.
