What you can expect:
The focus of this 100hr training retreat will be to deepen your yoga practice and to refine your voice as a teacher. There will be a daily practice followed by in-depth training and teaching practice.
Ananda will share his knowledge of Pranayama and the energetics of Chakra work.
Bridget will share key teaching skills, how to weave Meditation and Pranayama into your classes, therapeutics working with injuries & adapting postures for a wider range of students.
The training will take place at the beautiful Bambu-Jungle Lounge, Ko Pha-Ngan, Thailand. A perfect tropical paradise, away from distractions of everyday life where you can fully immerse yourself in the teachings and practice of yoga.
