Included in your retreat package are daily hikes and activities that will introduce you to the beauty and diversity of the rainforest. Every morning, after an invigorating yoga practice by the ocean, you will explore local trails and discover abundant wildlife on the Osa. Afternoons are free to lounge around, get a massage, or you can choose from a variety of exciting optional tours such as surfing, horseback riding, waterfall rappelling, zip lining through the jungle canopy, and our favourite, a fun boat tour on the Golfo Dulce to spot wild dolphins! Finish your day with a relaxing sunset yoga practice on the beautiful platform overlooking the beach and waves.
You will be staying at Ojo del Mar, a lovely relaxed beachfront ecolodge with impressive views of the ocean and lush primary rainforest. Stay in beautiful thatched cabanas featuring individual beds with netting, private washrooms and plenty of privacy when sharing. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the distance and exotic birds showing off their bright colours while flying overhead. Everywhere you look, you’ll see abundant wildlife and incredible scenery.
