This retreat been added to the Guardians list of 10 best yoga retreats in UK and Europe 2019 and now BookRetreats has also featured my retreats as one of the top 10 in the world! all retreats will have their own unqiue theme and topics are interwined within the whole weekend to include the food we eat to the way we practice and meditate without dogma. They run from Friday 4pm till after lunch around 1pm on the Sunday.
Every room is stunning, from the loving roll top baths, to the viewing window to the chicks below. The farm has it all, with chances to chase lambs in spring to the autumn harvest straight to your plate.
The yoga is just the icing on the cake, adding the movement and soul nurturing to this perfect retreat. Set only a few minutes outside a truly blessed hamlet with two fabulous gastro pubs and a community shop for anything you might have forgotten. It gets better by also being just moments walk out the forest.
