This course delves in to the philosophy of the East and the science of the West, on a 4-week intensive training course in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, held in a beautiful rural setting in Valencia county, Spain.
On this course, you will learn from not only the course leader, Senior Teacher Namit Kathoria, but also from other experienced teachers, giving you a comprehensive idea of how you might confidently share these styles of yoga with others.
Your training will be shared with a small group of like-minded people. Courses are offered in English, to a maximum of 8 students, allowing us to focus our attention on you and to nurture the family and loving environment that Yoga Sutra Shala respects and enjoys.
On satisfactory completion of this course, you will be awarded your certificate of training and you will be eligible to apply to be a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 hours, with Yoga Alliance, to teach Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga.
