Staying in a stunning 5 star conversion of a Victorian stable yard there is plenty to enjoy in your free time after your yoga practice. Wonder around the beautiful landscaped walled gardens, enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool or head over to The Old Potting Shed which includes hot tub and sauna for full relaxation after yoga.
THE RETREAT YOGA SCHEDULE INCLUDES:
Grounding arrival practice Friday evening
Morning Meditation on Saturday and Sunday
Awakening flow practice and restorative evening practices on Saturday and Sunday
Monday morning flow practice
YOUR ACCOMMODATION & FOOD
You’ll be sleeping in luxury bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Food will be vegetarian (other dietary needs can be met on request). Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided, starting from Friday dinner to Monday breakfast.
