These retreats are an intimate and bespoke affair with a max of 9 people. There is a choice of comfy country farmhouse style private rooms most with their own ensuite or if you are looking for more private lodging we also have a couple of other nooks nearby.
All retreats will have their own unqiue theme and topics are interwined within the whole weekend to include the food we eat to the way we practice and meditate without dogma. They run from 4pm till after lunch around 1pm on the third day.
The 10 yoga and meditation sessions will be woven into the weekend leaving plenty of time to enjoy the many other attractions nearby. These include trails into the New Forest, the coastal walks and quaint little hamlet within walking distance with a shop and fabulous pub. The weekends are the perfect place and time to really get in touch with whatever nourshes your soul.
