A day-long retreat to help you feel relaxed and fully revived. Your day will include yoga, meditation, pranayama and other wellbeing practices to help you recharge your batteries. Delicious vegetarian lunch is included.

…wonderfully designed to align your energies, with homemade vegetarian lunch held in the Cottage.
The morning will consist of a session will be include meditation, pranayama and Hatha Flow yoga.
Lunch is vegetarian and homemade, with time to digest and enjoy a walk around the stunning gardens.
After lunch we will have a session looking at a deeper aspect of yoga, or exploring other wellbeing practices, followed by a slow grounded practice of yin, restorative yoga and finishing with a yoga nidra relaxation.
At the end of the day you will feel energised, relaxed and calm.
