You can ake advantage of my expertise is bodywork, yoga, scar tissue remediation, pelvic health and my deep affinity with ceremony for your own healing. You'll have me "on tap" — except for sleep time ;) Our chef, Marcha will help you to tend to your digestive system, a key component to your sense of feeling "well" and you'll have the opportunity to practice hot & cold therapy Scandinavian style! I will teach you why and how each element of this retreat will build your vitality. Daily practices (these are not set in stone, but give you an idea of the kind of schedule we’ll work to)~ Every morning — Forrest Yoga and ceremony (2-2.5 hours)~ Lunch & free time~ Afternoon — bodywork, journaling, hot & cold therapy, interactive lectures~ Evening — Forrest Yoga and down-regulation practices~ Dinner & free time~ Night — Some evenings we may have extra ceremony! In true Forrest Yoga style, you will be guided to connect to your body’s wisdom, to the natural world and to feel the deep benefits of ceremony. You can participate in as much or as little as you like, it’s your retreat — that said — the more you take part, the more profound the experience will be. My intent is to create a bubble of goodness, where we can relax into who we really are without the pressures of life that get thrown our way.
