How exciting is it that the Scottish Yoga Conference is happening on our doorstep? I am thrilled to be part of the opening ceremony and delivering both classes and workshops at the event. Situated down by the river, it will be great to get a feel for the city and the developments happening around the Apex Hotel (where the event is taking place), have time on the breaks to pop into the V and A and some of our favorite eating places in Dundee. I am looking forward to being able to share local knowledge with a group of traveling yogis in my stomping ground.
