This is a stand alone retreat for people who want to learn more and deepen their personal practice or forming part of 100 hour CPD for existing 200 or 300 our teachers. The training is split into six parts and overall the concept of seasonal yoga and the study of the seasonal changes. Affecting our organs, diet energy, emotional and mental states, techniques, training and practice includes Yoga based practices for each season.
How to use the elements and Asanas, energy based movement, seasonal eating, breathing techniques, and anatomy and physiology (both western and energetic) muscles associations, chakras, nardis, pressure points, and specific movements. the study of Yoga, philosophy, lifestyle, and how to design seasonal flow yoga. Yoga Nidra, meditation and mindfulness, sessions, as well as a yoga practices from wellbeing from a seasonal perspective.
