Switch off, reset and refresh at my June 2024 yoga retreat. Set in the peaceful Somerset countryside, it is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend of yoga, meditation and relaxation. This will be the ideal opportunity to explore yoga in a more intimate setting, a more focused and lengthy time in class and have dedicated time with an experienced instructor to fine tune your yoga practice and overcome your individual hurdles.
We will be offering different styles of yoga throughout the retreat, and will also be including a number of other activities during your stay.
