I would like to invite you to delve deeply into the healing power of Yoga and Sound in a magical place in the heart of the Polish mountains.
The space is unique… surrounded by forest and vibrant nature, singing birds, deers walking freely in the forest and meadows which blossom with native flowers and herbs. You can enjoy the river, breath-taking views, pure air, fresh water and wonderful mountain walks. It is a perfect tranquil place to relax and recharge your batteries
One week long retreat will be a wonderful opportunity to re-connect with your body and its needs through carefully designed yoga sessions. An opportunity to let go of your daily worries and dive into the healing sounds of gongs, deeply connecting with surrounding nature and the feeling of yourself. In our busy lifes we need to give ourselves some space for more conscious, healthy movement, more awareness and space for our individual needs. This may be a transformational week introducing a healthier lifestyle and a sense of coming back into balance. Also it will be a chance to meet like-minded people and explore the forests, hills and visit some local attractions, like the largest medieval square in Europe and UNESCO listed old salt mine. We will celebrate Summer Solstice by the bonfire. There is something for everyone.

Accommodation is in wooden log cottages, beautifully located on a sunlit southern hill.
Each cottage has a small wood burning stove, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
The nearest international airport is Krakow PL (70km) or Katowice PL (87km). Taxi arrangement available.Porabka village with all the basic shops you need is 5 km from the centre.
