I teach Hatha and Yin classes at Yogaloft Düsseldorf. I am keen on motivating people with my yoga teaching style, because I personally know that with yoga you can find a better quality of life. My focus is on good alignment and to make students feel better even when they have health issues, especially lower back problems.
