Started Yoga practice since early age through my father (Abdol Hamid Movahedi) and did some courses of how the practice should goes on in the Yoga sessions. in 2006 did the Sivananda Teachers Training Course in Sivananda Ashram at Kerala, Neyyerdam and started teaching since. Shifted to India for more experience of Yoga science and started to teach in Sivananda centres through out India. In 2015 settled in Mysore to explore deeply Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Right now teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary, Intermediate and Advanced series. Conducting Teachers Training Courses & workshops in Masoud Movahedi Yoga branches in India, Iran, China, Indonesia and Bali. 

The Yoga is not just bending or twisting the body in different ways, but to shoot the juice of it in our daily life.
