Evangeline is a 200hr alignment based hatha yoga teacher who qualified from Ard Nahoo Yoga School in July 2016.  She has been practicing yoga since childhood having been inspired by her father who has a deep interest in the subject.  Evangeline has now been teaching a number of weekly classes in the Cavan/Fermanagh area for the past year.  As well as her alignment based classes, Evangeline also teaches restorative yoga.  Evangeline is due to study for her 300hr advanced teacher training qualification at Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh this November which has been a dream of hers for some time.  Evangeline's classes are varied and challenging and cater to the needs of the class.  She also offers one to one tuition and private classes for small groups in their home or workspace which have proven very popular.
