Varsana is an Irish Yoga teacher based in Bristol. Her introduction to Yoga came through the Bhakti Yoga tradition, with kirtan, and mantra being a large part of her upbringing. In 2018 she travelled to Goa, India, to complete her first 200hour YTT at Himalayan Yoga Bliss, focusing on traditional Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Flow. Upon returning to Dublin, she began teaching in early 2019 and continued her training in restorative and a second 200 hour Yoga training and Mat Pilates training at Reformation, Dublin. Varsana teaches various styles of Yoga and movement, from energetic flows to healing Hatha. Still, classes are always engaging, mindful, and breath-focused to highlight the benefits of embodying a holistic approach to Yoga and movement both on and off the mat.
