I have been practising yoga seriously for over 15 years, I love it so much and it is a huge part of my life. It keeps me grounded, calm and balanced and I consider it an honour to teach people yoga and meditation. I love to practice and teach Vinyasa, Yin and restorative Yoga. I am one of the resident teachers at the Cliffs of Moher Yoga retreat in Ireland. I also teach retreats in Senegal and I give workshops in Samadhi and Little Bird in Dublin and Yoga loft in Cork.
