My first yoga experience was at the age of 16 in school. I remember being so intrigued, while every other person in the room just wanted an hour-long nap. Though some years passed before I got back on a mat, I knew there was something to it that I wanted to explore more of. It's been five years now since I began my regular practice, and so much has changed in my life as a result. Gratefully, I finally completed my training in 2019 and wish to share this practice, this way of life, with anyone and everyone.
I completed a 200HR Vinyasa teacher training in 2019 (Dublin), and have a keen interest in the fields of Yin, Restorative and Nidra. This February I will undergo more studies with a Myofascial Release Training (12HRS CPD). Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed with all that I don't know under the field of 'yoga', but I'm starting to realize that's the magic of this path I've chosen.
