I first fell in love with Yoga nearly 5 years ago when I started Hot Yoga in a nearby studio. At the time, I was searching for a new and challenging way to exercise and I loved the combination of stretch, strength and the positive and energetic feeling that I was left with after each class. With a background in musical theatre and dance, I loved the opportunity that Yoga gave to really listen to my body and tailor each posture and Asana to what it needed in that moment. I have continued to practise since then and in February 2018 I successfully completed my Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia.
My aim is to continue to deepen my own practice as well as teaching Yoga to others. I regularly attend workshops and retreats to build on my skill set. Since returning home to Dublin I have started to teach small beginner groups and one to one private lessons. I like to bring energy and fun to my classes so that whatever the student's level they come away having achieved something!
