I am Kristin - Stina, to my friends and fellow yogis! Yoga has been a part of my life for very many years and recently I have graduated as a Yoga Instructor from The ElbowRoom Studio in Dublin 2021.
I am Icelandic but currently living in Dublin, Ireland.
I m very excited and passionate about sharing yoga with others, passing on the incredible benefits that I feel like i have experienced on my own Yoga journey.
