My interest in yoga started over thirty years ago but unfortunately I let a busy life take over and my yoga practice was shelved. Recently I became full time carer for my parents and realised that I needed something for myself. Something to keep me calm and focused, so yoga came back to me. I enjoy the quiet time of my practice where I’m not a daughter, a carer or a partner. I’m just a person in her own right practicing yoga. Experiencing a sense of well-being and a calming presence. My aim with my classes is to help others feel the same. To feel they belong and each of us need to slow down give time to us and just breath in the knowledge that all will come to us when we are ready.
