My name is Angela Kavanagh.

My childhood was spent in Australia.A life of the great outdoors and experiencing rural life style.A love for good lifestyle choices and awareness of what we live today creates our tomorrow.I had always an interest in good nutrition and good food.From the early teen years I was inspired by a raw food diet and all the benifits of organic and local produce.

I qualified as a Reflexologist and an Aromatherapist..I then took a interest in nursing as to get a medical basis of knowlegde to enhance my teaching.

I qualified as a yoga teacher and have practised for many years.I feel that yoga has brought together all my own personal beliefs of life. The philosophy of yoga is my truth and assists me in everyday life.Teaching now allows me the previlige of shared this knowledge with others.
