- mI have practised yoga on and off for 20 years and 3 years ago a back injury reconnected me again to yoga.I find that yoga helps you do what you love and through this I decided to explore more about yoga and decided to do the tracing course. Yoga to me is so much more than a physical practice it has so many benefits. Its holistic approach connects the mind , body and spirit of each individual that steps on in he mat.
What to expect in my class:
A warm welcome and accepted for who you are , refreshed, rejuvenated yet relaxed and clear of mind. Each class will be blended with breath awareess, movement and good alignment techniques that will help with improving flexibility, building muscle strength , relieving stress and anxiety, improving relaxation and most important helping you do what you love.
