I started my yoga journey in my twenties and loved it ever since. I did my first training in Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nashik, India and had the time of my life there. When I returned home I specialised my training in Pregancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage Classes and set up my business Mummys Tummy. I love working with women in such a special time in their lives, from bump to baby. 18 months ago I discovered Barre and set up The Yoga Barre which is a culmination of everything i love from yoga with a full body fun workout, I also teach this for Pregnancy and new mums. I absolutely love my job and am always looking to learn more, be inspired and in turn help and energise my clients
