Having practised yoga for more than 20 years I took the plunge and completed my teacher training initially to deepen my own practise and develop my understanding. The teacher training course I completed at Greystones yoga gave me both the tools and confidence to begin to teach as soon as I graduated. After starting with a group of just 5 that has grown organically I now teach two evenings each week. My community of students are a great addition to both my life and my own practise as I learn something new from them every time we meet.
I practise and teach both Ashtanga and Yin and love how each practise compliments the other.
