I discovered yoga in 2006 while working abroad. During my travels I have tried many different styles of yoga. I started practising regularly Iyengar yoga after moving to Ireland. I continue studying with senior Iyengar yoga teachers in Ireland, UK, and Italy.

I learned traditional yoga asana, anatomy, philosophy and ayeurveda with Himalaya Yoga Valley. I have completed their 200hrs teacher training in 2018.

Yoga is for everybody and for every body. Offering classes group or individual in East Cork / West Waterford area. I hope to see you on the mat.
