Derbhla is a fully qualified yoga and meditation teacher. She traveled to India in 2016 and completed her 200hour teacher training with Yogacharya Lalit Kumar at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa.
Since then she has studied a number of complimentary therapies including:
Reiki level 1 (2016) and level 2 (2019)
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Level 2 with Adam Divine (2019)
Integrative Restoration Irest yoga Nidra meditation Level 1 teacher (2019)
In January 2019 Derbhla returned to Himalaya Yoga Valley Goa and successfully completed an internship programme
