My Yoga journey began in the eighties when I attended several Hatta yoga classes. Following several years I discovered Astanga yoga. From this base my practice and interest in yoga philosophy developed. My desire to share the benefits of practicing yoga with others let me to complete my 200 hour teacher training in 2018. A wonderfull experience with Michael Connolly and his team from Alpha Zone
I offer a vinyasa flow yoga, with a focus on alignment in newbawn Co. Wexford.
