I began practicing yoga while in Acting training. Since then the practice has been a constant in my life, significantly aiding me in being mentally and physically prepared for my work as an actor; both on stage and screen.
In 2019 I completed my 200hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa Teacher Training with Boston Yoga School, under the guidance of Ame Wren and in 2020 trained in Breathwork with Brian Malone.
I primarily teaches Vinyasa Flow and love utilising my creative side to sequence dynamic and fun flows. I always like to bring a sense of play to my classes and encourage my students to bring lightness and laughter to their practice.
