I am a retired public health nurse. I started practicing yoga five years ago in 2015 when I was 60. It had such a positive effect on me both physically ;and mentally that I wanted to share the experience with other people. Having now qualified as a teacher with Alphazone school of yoga in Waterford Ireland, I now can. I have a range of teaching experience including live in studios and on line live and recordings.I specialise in teaching yoga to older people, absolute beginners and people with mental and physical health problems that prevent them from reaching their true potential. My emphasis is mindful yoga, encouraging people to develop a regular practice on and off the mat.
