I started off practicing yoga under the tutelage of my brother Stephen. I took his classes almost exclusively for 2 years until he advised me to go to Michael Connolly's class. I took on numerous classes and my practice grew, I traveled to Austria for 4 months  on Erasmus where I taught a class a week to people from many different nationalities and backgrounds. 

When I came back I took the advise of Stephen and Michael and began my teacher training with AlphaZone school of yoga under Michael. I can not say enough great things about Michael and the training he provides. The wealth of knowledge he provides is amazing. The most welcoming and encouraging environment I have ever stepped into. 

I teach classes in My Yoga Waterford, the space is clean, fresh, and welcoming. It has given me ample opportunity to express my self and my yoga and in turn share what I have with my students. I teach solely to see the look of happiness on peoples faces before they leave, after they realize that they are enough, they can be happy, and they've taken the first step on the never ending road to self realization.
