I completed my training this year at Alphazone school of yoga with Michael Connolly. I have been practicing yoga for 16 years and decided last year to train as a teacher. I love teaching and like helping people feel good about themselves.

My classes are a welcoming and friendly environment for everybody. Yoga is a joining and a feeling that you belong. I aim for my students to leave my classes feeling good and feeling part of a community. 

I teach yoga full time and I am thankful everyday to be able to do this. Having lived in London for 20 years and suffered from chronic fatigue for 2 I have gained lots of experience and knowledge. I love living in Waterford and I enjoy a less hurried life here.

Since qualifying as a Yoga teacher I have attended a few workshops as I believe you will be always learning in yoga so you can offer the best teachings your students deserve.

I have recently completed a Yin yoga teacher training which I am looking forward to introducing to my students and offering classes and workshops in Yin.I would naturally gravitate more to a yang style of yoga but felt drawn to Yin as I feel this gives me the right balance in my life and the benefits are amazing!

In my classes I use essential organic oils from Neals yard and use a humidifier to release the wonderful fragrance of the oil into the room for my students to get the full benefit from. I am also a qualified beautician and massage therapist, I am looking forward to offering treatments and massage using these and other organic products.

Yoga isn't about getting your body into the shape of a pose, it's about getting the shape that feels good in your body. Getting the feeling of yourself coming home to yourself in your yoga practice. The more we practice our asana the more energy we release and the better we feel on then inside.
