I began my Yoga journey many years ago while living on Achill Island off the west coast of Ireland and my interest was rekindled sometime later while travelling India. At one of the many turning points of my life I reconnected with yoga and began consistent practice in 2017-18 after moving to Waterford. One of my teachers reccomended Michael Connolly's 'AlphaZone school of yoga based in Waterford and I began teacher training in September 2019, subsequently graduating in May 2020. I have been teaching since. I currently teach in a treatment center for addiction but classes are closed to the public. Once Covid restrictions are eased here I plan to recommence teaching at one of the local studios. My journey continues to reveal to me the depths of alignment and union possible through practice, teaching and growing
