Bridget's years of practice and passion for yoga led her to train as a yoga teacher in 2014 and further to 500hr certification soon after, both with Micheal Connolly, Alpazone School of Yoga in her hometown of Waterford. Further trainings include 'Yoga for Children' with Yoga Therapy Ireland, 'Special Yoga for Autism and ADHD', and 'Special Yoga for the Special Child', both with UK based teacher Jyoti Manuel, and most recently 'Nectar of Yoga Nidra' and 'Nectar of The Gita' with Kaya Mindlin. Bridget is constantly updating her skills and knowledge and regularly attends workshops and trainings. She is a dedicated pracitioner, student and teacher who loves nothing more than to share yoga. Bridget's general classes are alignment based vinyasa style followed by deep relaxation.
