I had been practicing yoga for 11-12 years and totally loved it.  I had been thinking about doing the teacher training for a couple of years and then decided in 2015 that this was it.  The timing was right and I wanted this more than anything.  I wanted to teach yoga but also to develop my own practice, not just the asana side of yoga but the anatomy and philosopy side of yoga also.

I did my training the the Alphazone School of Teacher Training in Waterford.  Michael Connolly is the director but has also been my teacher for eight years.  I had no doubt that I would gain so much knowledge and understanding under the guidance of Michael.

Vinyasa Flow has to be my favourite.  I love the moving with the breath. In October 2017 I completed a 50 hour Yin Teacher Trainer and just this year, January 2020, I received my Certificate of Training for Restorative Yoga, The Puja Method, Level 1, 25 hours
