Catherine is an RYT hrs 200 certified Yoga Teacher who completed her training under the Alphazone school of yoga. Catherine believes that beginning her Yoga journey was one of the best decisions she has made. Catherine believes that yoga is for everybody & wants to share her love for yoga & its many benefits with as many students as she can. With a BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a BA in Social Care, the mental health benefits of yoga are close to her heart. Catherine's classes focus on safe alignment principles with an aim for students to become aware of their bodies & their breathing.
