I have been practicing yoga personally for many years and became truly convinced of the many benefits while expecting my first baby. Yoga gave me the opportunity to really tune into my body and baby while expecting. Becoming a parent has totally transformed me - in body, in mind, and in every possible way and yoga has helped me to cope with all of the highs and lows that both life and parenting presents every moment of every day.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training with Earthwise Yoga in 2017 and I have further trained as a children's yoga teacher in the years since. I have also completed training as a Therapeutic Play Worker to combine yoga and playfulness!
