How do I cancel my insurance?

We are sorry to hear that you are considering cancelling your insurance. To initiate the cancellation process, please complete the form provided below.

Make sure to submit the form at least 14 days prior to your expiry date to allow sufficient time for processing your cancellation and to avoid any unwanted fees.

We cannot process your cancellation out of hours. If your renewal is due on the next working day and you have made a request out of hours, your renewal will still go through. We can only process cancellations/payment amendments Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
