How do I update my training hours?
Updating your training hours is very simple. Your hours will automatically update whenever you upload your qualifications. Once submitted, we’ll review and approve them, and your training hours will be displayed on your public profile.

Keeping your training hours up to date helps showcase your commitment to growth, unlocks teaching opportunities, and supports your progress through the Growth Path.
What This Means for You
If your hours aren’t up to date, your Live CV won’t accurately reflect your teaching experience.
This could mean missing out on upgrades to your next level status and being overlooked for opportunities like Development Training, Foundation Courses, and collaborations.
What You Need to Do
- Log in to your profile.
- Go to “Training & Qualifications’
- Click to ‘Add certificate’
- Enter the relevant information and upload the certificate, if any
- Do not forget to click ‘Save’
