Requesting reviews is an excellent way for you to gather feedback and boost your credibility! However, you may feel quite awkward asking your students for this. Here's some different ways you can approach your students:
- In-person in a group setting (last session of the course or your graduation ceremony)
- Send an email communication
- Offer incentives such as a discount on your next training course
- Make it more casual by sending a link in a WhatsApp group
- Add it to you routine/schedule! Practice is key
You'll want to be respectful and non-defensive when receiving feedback. It's also a good idea to be honest on why you're requesting it (i.e. it would help you promote your course, get to the top of the YAP directory etc.)
How to do this from your profile
1. Go to your dashboard (make sure you are logged in as Trainer Pro if you want to collect reviews for your courses)
2. Select 'Invite People To Write Reviews'
3. Copy the link to your clipboard
4. Paste into an email/message/post
