I need a PDF of my insurance details

For those with Balens insurance through YAP membership

When your membership and insurance policy is renewed, all the important information will be sent to you via email. 

If you need a copy of this email again, don't worry - we can resend it to you free of charge. Alternatively, you can save your insurance details as a PDF file on your own. This way, you'll have easy access to your important information whenever you need it.


Follow these simple steps to save your email as a PDF.
  1. Open your email inbox. Find the email titled 'Insurance Documents Enclosed' open it.
  2. Click the print icon in the upper right hand corner. If there is no Print icon on your screen, click the three dots to bring up the Options menu and then click Print.

  3. When the printer menu opens, select Save as PDF from the destination drop-down menu.

  4.  After selecting this option, click the blue Save button in the bottom right ​​corner of the screen.

  5. You will then be prompted to choose a location to save the PDF. You can also rename your document.
