I'm Having A Problem With My Profile

Sorry you're having issues with your profile!

Most of the time, when it comes to loading or saving issues, it is to do with the Cache & Cookies on your device. 

To identify if this is the issue, please do one of the following:

1. Open a private or incognito browser

2. Clear your cache & cookies following these instructions

If the private browser works, then you will need to proceed with clearing your Cache & Cookies.

 

If your issue relates to uploading images to your event/photo album. Please make sure the file name is titled appropriately and you are using a .JPG or .PNG. For example "training-title.jpg". If your file name looks something like this "my.yoga.image.mov" then the upload will not work. 

 

If your problem persists, go here
