I've made the payment, but my profile is still not active. When will I receive confirmation?
After signing up, you should've received an email prompting you to complete your profile.
Make sure to use the same email address you used during registration to keep things seamless!
Whether you opted for insurance or not, your membership remains inactive until your profile is fully completed. Make sure to fill out all five sections of your profile accurately. Once you've completed your profile, our team will review your information.
It may take us up to two working days to review it and activate your membership. Rest assured, we'll do our best to activate it as soon as possible!
After your profile has been activated, you will receive a confirmation email with your insurance details, if applicable. This email confirms that your membership is now active. Make sure to check your spam folder as well!
