My renewal payment failed - what do I do?

If your renewal payment fails, you can access the billing portal to check and update your details.

You can access the portal from the Manage Account section of your profile. We also include a link in your renewal reminder and failed notification emails. For more information on accessing the portal refer to this article.

Once you gain access, the portal will prompt you to update your payment method. Once updated, typically, the charge will be retried immediately. However, our payment gateway intelligently assesses when to retry payments at optimal times.
