What Are Verified Specialty Topics?

Unlocking a Verified Specialty confirms that you’ve completed training in sensitive or high-responsibility yoga topics, such as pregnancy, mental health, or cancer.  It assures students and employers that your qualification meets professional safety standards.

Why This Matters

Some areas of yoga teaching require additional care and understanding.Topics like trauma, aerial, or Nidra demand specialist training to keep students safe and supported.

Verified Specialties exist to confirm that your qualification in these areas meets Yoga Pros standards. When a specialty is verified, it signals to studios, employers, and the public that your training has been checked for depth, scope, and relevance: not just completion.

What This Means for You

  • You can display a Verified Specialty badge on your Live CV to show that your qualification has been reviewed and approved.

  • Employers and students can trust your training, knowing it meets a recognised standard of safety and care.

  • If your course is already accredited by Yoga Pros, verification is included at no cost.

  • If your course is not accredited, a small verification fee applies: this covers the time our team spends reviewing your certificate and course content.
