What is the difference between accredited and verified qualifications?

Accredited means the course itself has been recognised by Yoga Pros as meeting a set standard.  Verified means Yoga Pros has checked and confirmed that the specific certificate you submitted is genuine and belongs to you.

Why This Matters

Knowing the difference helps employers and members understand two separate assurances: the standard of the course (accreditation) and the authenticity of an individual’s certificate (verification). Both are important but serve different purposes.

What This Means For You

  • Both the verified and the accredited qualifications display on your Live CV
  • Employers can easily review your training
  • You can add all of your qualification up to be visible on your Live CV, regardless if it is accredited or not

What You Need To Do

  1. Log in to your profile
  2. Go to Edit Live CV
  3. Select Training & Qualifications
  4. Add a new qualification
  5. If it’s accredited, search for the training course
  6. If it’s not accredited, then select ‘manually add qualification’
